Install ERROR - System Explorers GONE

I was cleaning-up reinstalling some software on my system
and completely uninstalled & reinstalled MS AntiSpyware.
After the reinstall - The "System Explorers" (under
advanced tools) is now completely blank - nothing is in
this section at all anymore. I have no idea what
happened...

>> I did just upgrade my PC's security to Norton
SystemWorks 2005 premiere (AntiVirus included) and also
use Norton Personal Firewall 2004.

Has anyone else experienced this OR know what to do??
