PC froze during set up, now get error 1904.module

Default PC froze during set up, now get error 1904.module


Running XP SP2.
Syetem froze during install of MS Spyware.
Uninstalled/reinstalled. When you try to run it you get
the following error:
Error 1904.module. C:\windows\system32\gccollection.dll
failed to register. HRESULT -2147220473

What Windows version are you running, and what version of
Internet Explorer is installed?
