Error 101 - Additional info

Howdy

Maybe this might give someone some insight into error
101. It certainly has me stumped.

I am working on a XP Home machine with SP2. Antispyware
works without problems for the user I installed the
program with but fails with "error; quitting program" and
then error 101 for all other users on startup. All other
users are administrators as well. Uninstalling and
reinstalling doesn't change things.
