Unknown publisher: Windows has found a problem with this file

What's to find a "tad" under the address bar? I tried to
validate, but that also didn't work. I have the receipt,
box, and CD for WindowsXP, own and registered.

when I try to download without validation, then I again
get the Unknown Publisher block.

please help me to get antiSpy working!
