I downloaded this SpyWare BETA but when I try to open
or run it says (Error reading setup initialization file)
and I don't know what to do to use it. So I hope that you
answer me so soon! Thank You!

Have you tried to redownload it. Did you download the program from MSFT
website or a 3rd party's website?

What version of Windows do you use?
Where did you download it from and where did you save it to?
Did the installation prompt you to reboot your computer?
Have you try to download the install file again?
