Cannot download MS antiv spyware

I've been trying to download Ms anti spyware, it starts
to download but after a while it gives me a window pop up
with "Cannot download" and then the connection falls
aswell. Help I don't know what to do my PC is runing
really slow, Anti spry ware is my only solution but it's
seems impossible to download it!

Go to this web site and look on the right side of the
page and download Lavasoft & Spybot. Run on your machine
first. Then try to install Microsoft's AntiSpy...

Yeah, as Bill said, "Ad-Aware" from Lavasoft and "Spy-
bot" will definitely help. I also use "CWShredder".
Microsoft's product will be good whenever they get these
bugs fixed. I'm convinced that no program is the end-all
by itself.

Keep in mind, you need to install MS product under the
primary user login. I have not been able to get it to
work under other user names after initial installation.
Uninstalling and reinstalling does not seem to help, even
by deleting the remaining folder in program files.

The new version of Microsoft AntiSpyware automatically
removes the older version. If you have an older version,
you can transfer your existing option settings to the new
version of the program automatically when the new version
installs.



Before you install AntiSpyware, use these suggestions to
prepare your computer:

If you have any other anti-spyware programs on your
computer, you should uninstall them and restart your
computer before installing Microsoft AntiSpyware. Although
removing other anti-spyware programs is not necessary it
is recommend because it is possible that Microsoft
AntiSpyware could detect spyware that has already been
quarantined by another anti-spyware program if the other
program has not secured its quarantined files.


To uninstall other anti-spyware programs, see the user
documentation that came with the program.


Close all other Windows programs before installing
Microsoft AntiSpyware, including those programs displayed
in the Windows tray.
