blank screen after installing program "Spybot"

I build a new system with Windows XP Pro SP2 (all fix
installed), Trend Internet Security 12.
I installed MS Antyspyware Beta and it work fine, then I
installed Spybot (http://www.safer-networking.org)
program and launch the "Immunize system" option.
After this MS Antispyware give me only blank screen and I
cannot do any scan operations.

I've the same problem with MS Antispyware. i have two
Laptops (1x XP Pro, 1x XP Home)and the XP Home is OK with
MS Antispyware. The XP pro give me only blank screen.
