I have had the program for about a month and at first it
worked fine. Then all of the sudden everytime that I opened the program I had to go through setup which means that my updater and active protector is always off when I want them on. Isn't that the purpose of the program is to actively protect from spyware? Please help! |

can you try going through the update process at:
Start, control panel, add or remove programs, Microsoft Antispyware, change, update? You may need to run through the setup program and leave the program running in order to do this. -- FAQ for Microsoft Antispyware: http://www.geocities.com/marfer_mvp/FAQ_MSantispy.htm "Matthew Owens" <ybhamster@hotmail.com> wrote in message news:02d201c52b17$780569b0$a501280a@phx.gbl... >I have had the program for about a month and at first it > worked fine. I have the same problem. Using the update does not help
nor does reinstalling. >-----Original Message----- >can you try going through the update process at: > >Start, control panel, add or remove programs, Microsoft Antispyware, change, >update? > >You may need to run through the setup program and leave the program running >in order to do this. > > > >-- >FAQ for Microsoft Antispyware: >http://www.geocities.com/marfer_mvp/FAQ_MSantispy.htm > >"Matthew Owens" <ybhamster@hotmail.com> wrote in message >news:02d201c52b17$780569b0$a501280a@phx.gbl... >>I have had the program for about a month and at first it >> worked fine.
