Default Automated Install From Admin Install Fails to Run after Install

I downloaded the beta executable and ran the admin
install [MicrosoftAntiSpywareInstall.exe -a] to install
the software to a network share.

I then created a script to perform an unattended install
from the admin share which uses the following command.

MSIExec.exe /I "\\servername\support\antispy\Microsoft
AntiSpyware.msiMSIExec.exe" /qb-!

The script runs with administrator creditials.

The install appears successful, but when you execute the
software an error to the extent "Error - encountered a
critical error (error 101), try to restart or contact
support."

A manual install works fine from the same admin share.

After creating the admin share I deployed the software
through GPO on a XP client. After successful installation
I got the same error. As an administrator I installed then
the SW through add/remove programs and it works fine now.
