Installation issues

Installed the software, ran and deleted alot of spyware.
The program said it would re-boot, rather it shut down the
computer. After manually booting up, could not access the
internet any longer (using cable)??? Had to do a system
restore to re-connect - any ideas??? Thanks.

Maybe your issue is related to mine.
For me, it broke the Firewall/ICS service.
But I don't use ICS and still able to access internet.
