Installation problems

I have Windows XP. I installed the anti-spyware and I ran
a scan which worked fine. However after I re-booted my
computer I get a pop up notice that says windows
installer. The computer then attempts to install certain
sofware called HP imaging and photo 1.1 and then tells me
it cannot install this software because I need a CD-ROM.
I tried to delete the software from my computer but every
time I re-boot the windows installer tries to install the
software again. It then attempts to install other
software like Microsoft small business and then says I
need the CDS ROM. All this software is already on the
computer. HELP I am not sure what I did to cause this
to happen. I also cannot get an internet connection now
