installation problems

After downloading and installing the software it scanned
for spyware, found 1 and deleted it. After that process
everything went wrong. The mcafee antispam software would
not work. The error message told me that spooler.dll was
missing. Can not open web pages. Outlook does not work.
When I tried to use system restore, this error message
comes up.
System Restore Application has encountered a problem and
needs to close.
When trying to shut down the computer it looks for
CiceroUlWndFrame.

A real mess and I hope I can recover from this.
