Problems after installation

Installed fine, detected spyware threats fine, removed all
spyware programs fine, but when the application informed
me that I needed to re-boot the pc, I followed the
procedures on the screen, but the computer never rebooted
itself. It finished by saying "It is now safe to shut down
your computer", which I did. Once I had logged in again, I
tried to start the spyware utility but it just presented
me with the opening screen and juct hung there. The only
way to stop it was to shut down the app from the task
manager.

I am having the exact same thing happen. Did you find a
fix?
