Install fine...however trojans detected

My EZ antivirus program has detected a couple of trojans shortly after I did
a full scan.

Win32.Reign.AN trojan to be precise.

Is this as a result of the first full scan of the spyware program or just a
coincedence?

EZ Antivirus probably detected those trojans in its
realtime scan as MSAS scanned over them for spyware. You
may want to try cleaning those viruses out of your system
before trying to run a spyware scan.
