.reg Files security prompt

Users receive a prompt ( at least by default - may be
turned off by GUI?) when trying to import a .reg file
from the MS Anti-Spyware Tool pops up asking whether the
user wants to allow the import (also whether to remember
this selction). At least for now without GP
integration/control this could get annoying quick. I
guess my question is - Is there a way to import a .reg
silently when using this tool?
