Feature to Add: Winsock Repair Tool

IMPORTANT FEATURE TO CONSIDER: A Winsock Repair Tool on
Microsoft Antispyware.

Allen,

Did you have a particular removal which caused winsock issues? A bug as
been filed on this type of request, we just have to see if it can be
accomplished.
