ics/firewall xp home

My ics/firewall failed after i installed it then I
downloadedhttp://www.spychecker.com/program/winsockxpfix.html
and it fixed my local network but ics still does not work.
Any ideas reply to tom@tombrannan.com

Is this on Windows 2000, or XP?

It has been a good while since I used ICS. If you are on XP, I'd recommend
going through the network setup wizard again and letting it set things up
all over again, now that you've repaired Winsock.
