Win2k sp4 Internet hosed after MAV Beta1 clean

i've tried the fix available at cexx but the only thing it
was able to restore was some networking capabilities, i've
tried to reinstall the spyware that causes this
(webhancer) and then add/remove but still have no
internet. help
