Loading cursors from the resource in VS 2003 C++.NET

Hello! I have a problem with loading cursors, when i try yo do it C++.NET
Development Environment of VS 2003. The trouble exactly is in that i write my
programm on C++.NET, because in C# there is no problems with the same task.

As follows, in C++.NET Dev.Env. of VS 2003 there is no property "Build
Action" for resource files (as in C#) and so i can't set it's value to
"Embeded Resource" - that's why all othere steps of loading cursor from
resource are anavailable in C++.NET.

Please, if you know how to do it, give me your instructions how to load
cursor from the resource with help of developer environment of VS 2003
C++.NET.
