Windows XP don't boot!!!

Hi, i'm working at a "Cyber Café" and I need to clone XP from one PC to the
others. (they have the same hardware configuration)
I'm using Norton Ghost 2003. I cloned 7 of 10 PCs without trouble, but the
others 3 don't boot. I get "Load error!" message. It seems that the boot
record is not properly cloned.
What can I do? Thanks!!

I have found that you need to copy it slowly, not at the maximum speed to get a good burn. 12x works fine and is fast enough. Also, Nero, CloneCD, and Alcohol work well to do this, but I don't know what program you are using.
