Default Mystery Program Folders

The Program Files directory contain subfolders
titled "microsoft frontpage" and "xerox" both of which
are spelled in lower case letters. The folders cannot be
deleted in normal mode. Although they can be deleted in
safe mode, they folders reappear in normal operation.

How can I remove these folders permanently?

Default Re: Mystery Program Folders

Those folders are Windows XP system folders.
Ignore their presence since they cannot be removed.
