It found 4 problems including a major trojan, but my
Services.MSC, Anti-Virus Program, Control Panel, Search, etc. etc. all won't work. My extra drives are unrecobnizeable, I can't uninstall the program, windows installer won't work at all. Message says to contact support@giantcompany.com, but there is no such support for beta users there. In order to see my desktop after logging on, I have to Control, Alt. Delete, choose Prog. Manager, then I see the desktop, otherwise it's just tje mouse pointing at the plain blue screen. Control Panel opens, but ADD\Remove won't show anything except the words that explain what the panel does. I had a couple of annoyance type viruses or trojans, but now I have major problems. Tje biggest is the Console Services that won't start. Message says the depandencies are not available. Unable to find out the dependency for another since it's all grayed out. Microsoft Antispy gave me the option to stop MESSENGER inthe Services.MSC, and since then, nothing works. Please help, someone. |

Please try to use System Restore (start, all programs, accessories, system
tools, system restore) to restore your system to a point before you did the removal operation.
