kalsys

I currently have a file at C:\winnt\system32\kalvmuc32.exe
that I cannot delete. It keeps reappearing and constantly
gives me pop-up ads. Does anyone know how to remove this
for good?

There is a fix for this malware but it requires knowing how to use
Hijack This and running a registry fix. Read the guidelines for posting
