everytime i get rid of it it tries to reinstall. how can
i get rid of it?

Are you using MS AntiSpy BETA1 ? If so, first click
Tools, Suspected Spyware Report. Submit the variant.
Hopefully, it will be included in future defintions.

You could try scanning the system in Normal mode, rebooting to Safe Mode
and then scanning again.
