Default Can't find Hijacker on my system

My browser(IE60) has been hijacked and I cannot restore
it to normal operation. I have tried AdAware, SpyKiller,
Nod32 and Microsoft AntiSpyWare and nothing will find it
nor fix it. My browser homepage has changed and pop-up
ads constantly pop up with information about spy removal
software.

All of the ads that pop up are pointing to a series of
websites like this: http://vv2.s13.topx.cc. The vv2
will randomly change to vv6, vv1, etc. If I try to go to
certain web pages it will redirect me to the default home
page which is set to about:blank.

I seriously think the people that write this crap should
be treated as terrorists! I'll be the first one to line
them up against a wall and kill them. I have wasted all
day trying to get my system back to normal! Over the
last year I've probably wasted 15 days with similar
ad/spyware.

Bryan,
Have you tried scanning from safe mode; using HijackThis, using CWShredder?
If you have SP2 installed check Add-ons under Tools, and see about the Boo's
that are running there.
Meanwhile, you may wish to look into the ms public security virus and/or
homeusers NG's for more assistance.

Found my hijacker in my google BHO. Hasn't done anything
to me but disturbing nonetheless. Quarantined for now.

Your best options is to stop going to sites that you KNOW
load adware to your PC and stop just installing every
little program you find on the Web. Maybe then you'll have
a PC that is reliable.

I downloaded the beta and it cleaned it all up at first
but about:blank came back, I did repeated scans till it
came back clean, still shows up. I got tired and copied
all my files onto cd's and then erased the drive and did a
complete new install of XP home. I did not install SP2.
I think that's where the trouble started. I am using
Norton System Works with POP UP Cop and it seems to work
ok now. I also configured my tool bar and then locked it.
Set all my security levels to default and changed my web
cache to 50mb.
