I ran the quick scan on a machine I was getting ready to
reformat anyway, and crashed my network connection by deleting sporder.dll (like several others, apparently). I have XP SP2, so I'll try to "netsh winsock reset" command and see if it fixes the problem. HOWEVER: When I ran the scan, I checked the box that says "create restore point", and it looked like it did just that. When I saw that the network was hosed, I started System Restore -- which told me that I had no restore points. This would be good to fix. |
