anonymous logon using NT AUTHORITY

I have disabled the FTP and Web server, but I still see
sucessful logon/logoff using NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON
account. Does anyone know how to turn disable ANONYMOUS
sign on?

I'm using XP as remote access, and have turned on the
event log for sign on successful and failure.

Please help.
