Cannot Enable windows Xp Firewall on dialup nwconnection

Hi!
I get this message whenever I tried to enable firewall,

Cannot enable shared access.
Error 1079: The account specified for this service is
different from the account specified for other services
running in the same
process.

Ahow do I correct this problem..
