Default False Positive - WhenU.SaveNow

I have found a false positive.

After scanning WhenU.SaveNow (Aware) was detected. It
says it's a High Risk, and needs to be removed.

It can be traced back to the file tvenuax.dll. This is a
part of the speech engine from Microsoft Agent. I
downloaded this file directly from the MS Agent website,
so I do not think this is spyware.

Katarn,

Suggest you go to Tools, Suspected Spyware Report, and send the info to
MS so it can be excluded in future defs.

Thank you for your answer, only I cannot send in such a
report.

I retrieve the following error: An error occurred
submitting the scan results. Please check you Internet
proxy settings and try again.

I am not using a proxy, and I also tried to send in the
results with my Firewall off.
