Default False Detection


"nProtect KeyCrypt 1.0", a keyboard security software, is
diagnosed as a spyware. I do not understand first why it
is categorized as a spyware, and second, it is already
discontinued.
We request to please remove our product from the spyware
database, as it is causing various confusion to our
customers.

Here's a reference with the criteria for inclusion in the product. Near the
end is a link to a form to dispute a listing, which I've also included in
this email after the KB link.

identifies a program as a spyware threat (Listing criteria and Dispute
process)
