SpywareBlaster puts a large number of sites in the
restricted zone. AntiSpyware complained about one of these. AntiSpyware complained about the following reg key as an elevated risk. SearchSquire HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\InternetSet tings\ZoneMap\Domains\searchsquire.com * 4 |

What the OP is reporting is that the software is identifying it as spyware and wanting to remove it, but what it is actually detecting is a registry entry which puts SearchSquire in the restricted sites zone. This is a proper registry entry to make sure that if you inadvertently hit a site that tries to load something from SearchSquire it will use the restricted sites security thus protecting you. No one is saying that Search Squire is not spyware, what we are saying is we want to keep this website in our restricted sites zone. Giant's software would frequently report these types of entries as spyware. Any chance of getting someone to take a look at this? It really does need to get corrected. I'm capable of spotting them and setting the software to ignore, but others will remove it and in effect lessen their security instead of enhancing it. -- Spider http://web.tampabay.rr.com/spider1 |

FWIW, this is one of the most-posted false positives in this beta--so I
think it is very likely that it is being looked at.
