Won't Delete File

The program works great, except when it found the Adware
program "ClearSearch," I selected the delete option. The
Microsoft program just keeps cycling over and over
searching and verifying the files. It won't actually
delete them. I let the program do this for almost an
hour, and it just keeps on cycling. The program won't go
away!

Great--another failure!
(by which I mean that these cases should provide some real "meat" to the
folks working on making the product better)

Do post back if you find you need to vary PestPatrol's info for what you
actually find on your machine--there may be variants.

Jacoby,

Try running MAS in Safe Mode to see if that resolves the
cycling issue.
