Red face HP good :)

If you saw my other post on my screen problem ... you would know that it's bust basically lol

Dad called up HP and they said would send a replacement to the same quality even though the screen we have, doesn't show up on thier system maybe because we bought this pc from Singapore but oh well ...

Thanx HP ! Great retailer !!!

Just thought i would comment on them If ya don't mind lol

HP Customer service is good.

I recently bought an HP printer and the manual said to set language before installing ink cartridges.

I couldn't set the language, it was set at Chinese (the printer has an LCD screen and a small programming facility via front buttons).

I phoned HP and a very friendly guy talked me through it. Basically, I had to install ink cartridges before printer would do anything.

Now, I had thought of this myself, but thought it best to confirm with HP. The person I spoke to was very helpful indeed - top marks

And I advised them to revise their user manual
