DCOM Error in System log

I get these two DCOM errors in my system log. Error 1 appears about every
40 minutes, it occurs in four (four of this same error), with 2 or 3 minute
intervals. Right after Error 1 I get this Error 2, still a DCOM error,
saying that this program not found: C:\Program
Files\Messenger\msmsgs.exe -Embedding

Please help.
