can`t access my registry

Default can`t access my registry


well, i must`ve played with some programs or something
becauze now, when i try to access my registry i get the
following message: "registry editing has been disabled by
your administrator"
now i tried to find a way to repair this, but i seems
it`s out of my league.
i have a windows xp service pack 1 system.
can anyone help me?
