Default virus


I have two virus- Trojan horse Downloader. Keenval.E. AVG have located the virus. I do not know how to delete them. I am a computer beginner. Can any-one advise me?. Thank-you in advance.

Recommend that you go to McAfee antivirus website. It has a free trial virus scan software. After downloading the software, proceed to scan your computer and remove the virus as instructed. Another choice is to buy a good antivirus software, about US$50-70, and install it. Scan your computer by using the software and delete viruses if any. Hope it helps.
