Default Windows XP Repair


I need to do a Windows XP Repair Installation but I don't have a Windows XP CD since it came preinstalled on the computer. Is it possible to use any Windows XP CD for the Repair Installation? Is there any other way to make a Repair Installation when you have Windows XP preinstalled?
