OUTLOOK EXPRESS WON'T OPEN ATTACHMENTS, MARKED AS UNSAFE.
HOW DO I CHANGED THAT. THANKS

in OE go to Tools - options - security
remove the checkbox from "do not allow attachments to be saved or
opened etc"
that will do the trick
