Default How to protect Internet connection parameters from accidental changes?

Hi, all.

I have Windows XP Professional SP1 used by few people. There are about
5 users registered in my OS. I have also pair of configured network
connections that lead to two ISPs. All users should use exactly same
connection parameters (user name, password, phone numbers, etc).
However currently they able to change these parameters (and of course
they able to input wrong parameters). How can i forbid change of any
connection parameter for any user except for administrator?

Click Start, Run and enter GPEDIT.MSC Go to:

User Configuration, Administrative Templates, Network, Network Connections.
