Default Cannot delete shortcut.

Precisely, you have adware/spyware on your computer.
Check your add/remove programs and remove anything bad,
then make sure to delete the program folder. Get both Ad-
Aware and Spybot S & D. Both are excellent at finding
every bad thing on your computer and in the registry.
Also, get AVG antivirus as any temp file the internet
sends to your computer is automatically scanned for
virusi/trojans and lets you know. Sygate is an excellent
firewall which you should check into as well.
