HTTPS / XML

Can someone point me towards some good resources on using Access with a web service. I need to build a database to send / receive data to a web service using its existing XML APIs, via HTTPS

I'm OK with VBA, but pretty new to XML, so be gentle

There is a ton of documentation regarding Web Services although most of it
is geared toward using DotNet. You might want to Google "Getting Started
with WebServices" I did and found this link:
