Strange problem. I have 8 users accounts on on HP Pavilion
520c. None of the limited accounts can open Internet Explorer yet they can activate connection and e-mail through Outlook Express. Change the accounts to administrators and they can run Internet Explorer. These accounts are for my kids, so allowing administrative priviledges is not acceptable. Any one know how to get a limited account to run Iexplore? |

that is strange indeed ... I guess that the issue is due to a reg key or
file/directory for which you (?) have changed the NTFS permissions .. and are no longer accessible. check out what IE tries to read/write with regmon and filemon (www.sysinternals.com) You may also want to give our NeoExec (see below) a try. -- Execute applications with elevated privileges [ www.neovalens.com ] -- "Chris Merchant" <Cmerch@quixnet.net> wrote in message news:703d01c3e77c$b3f11cb0$a301280a@phx.gbl... > Strange problem.
