YOUR PAYPAL.COM ACCOUNT emails

I am now getting 6-8 og these emails a day. I have tried
to create a rule so they get deleted immediately- but now
I keep getting the error in rules message, and they keep
coming!
Can anyone tell me how to block these messages fromoutlook
2000/XP?

Oh- I have written pay pal and they don't do anything...

do you honestly think paypal is sending them? its probably
a scam trying to get your credit card number or paypal
login or something. I don't know why you are unable to
make a rule that has "pay pal" in the subject sent to the
deleted folder, double check your rule. Don't try to do by
sender as many send the same junk. Block all non usa
emails if you are in the usa and not communicating with
foreigners, this will really cut the spam, its a cottage
industry in europe and canada.
