Default wireless keyboard


MS Wireless keyboard not recognized at boot. I can boot with a standard ps-2 keyboard and then switch to the wireless and it will work fine until I power down. Then when I power back back up, I see "keyboard error" at boot and it does not work. MS Tech support has been useless. This is the same problem described by Rick Warrin on 12/28/2003. Can anyone help??
