Multi-Select Question

I have a listbox with multi-select property set to
simple. In the underlying table I have a field set to
Yes/No. I would like to have all selected rows in the
listbox change the value in the Yes/No field to -1 when I
click a Command button. Can someone help me with the
correct code? Thanks in advance.
