Access denied to floppy and CD-ROM drives to power users

I just set WinXP Pro. I have an Admin account, 1 user
with Power User, and the User Account.

When, logged on as the Power User, I try to access the
floppy drive, or either the CD_ROM reader, or CD-ROM
Writer, I get an 'access denied' message.

How do I open those drives up to this power user ( and
for the User account - maybe as read only)??

Any respond for this problem? I have the same problem her
