Help! Microsoft is flooding my Yahoo mail account with
updates, patches, alerts, etc. for Windows 2000, How do I disable this? I don't recall enabling this "feature", although I do visit the Windows Update site to download patches manually occasionally and would prefer not to be clogging my mailbox with all this... |

Just to let you know, Microsoft NEVER SENDS UPDATES BY EMAIL; this is a VIRUS. I'd suggest that you set up some filters with your Yahoo mail so you can block these messages. eve |

Someone that has your e-mail address in their contact list is infected.
Or you posted your e-mail address to a newsgroup and that's where the spammer got it. Change your account and be careful who you give it out to is what I would do. mitchicalc@yahoo.com wrote: > Help!
