Service Pack 4 Conflict

We recently pushed Service Pack 4 using SMS.
Associates who are using Dell Latitude C510/610 laptops
get hung up on the Applying Personal Settings window
logging into Windows 2000 Professional. If they manually
reboot their systems it works fine. But when the
Secrefresh policy runs overnight, it forces a reboot, then
the next morning they have a problem.
