*****After further testing, I got the service pack to
install successfully. The problem was, I had the following users in "Computer Management - Local Users and Groups - Users" disabled: IUSR_servername IWAM_servername TSINTERNETUSER However, on our production web servers, we have these accounts either disabled or renamed. Or we rely on Active Directory accounts. How will applying SP4 effect this? What will it do with our permissions? Why does SP4 rely on these accounts? >-----Original Message----- >I solved the problem by uninstalling IIS, then doing the SP4 install, >then re-installing IIS.
