Default After SP4 no Roaming Profiles Seen

After I installed SP4 on a couple of test stations in my network, the
workstations will no longer see the users roaming profile. Is there a patch
or a Reg fix for this issue? I'm rolling back this SP and telling everyone I
know in the industry that I have never seen a worst roll out of software as
this SP. From the look of the issues that I'm reading in these posts, I'm
not by myself in this view point.
